IISA 2014 conference in North America was held in Riverside, California between July 11-13, 2014. IISA2014 addressed the advancements in the fields of Statistics, Biostatistics, Probability, and their application areas. Dr. Nilanjan Chatterjee (NCI, NIH) served as the Program Chair. Professor Subir Ghosh (UC, Riverside) served as the chair of the local arrangement committee.
2013 IISA Conference (Chennai, TN, India)
2013 IISA Conference was held in Chennai, India between January 2-5, 2013. Professor J. V. Deshpande (Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai) served as Chair of the Program Committee. Professor H. N. Nagaraja (Ohio State University) and Professor Debasis Kundu (Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur) served as Co-Chairs.
2013 was designated the International Year of Statistics and we are very pleased that the IISA meeting kicked-off the year-long activities around the world.
The objective of the conference was to bring together both well established and emerging young researchers from around the world who are actively pursuing theoretical/methodological research in statistics and their applications in various fields. The conference provided a forum for leading experts and young researchers to discuss recent progress in statistical theory and applications, thereby provided new directions for statistical inference in various fields. The conference included plenary, invited and topic contributed sessions.
2011 IISA Conference (Raleigh, NC, USA)
