Poster Guidelines :
The posters should measure approximately 3 ft x 4 ft. A1 sizes are also acceptable, no poster should be larger than 3 ft x 4 ft.
It would be ideal if they could be printed on flex, if not, please make sure that the posters can be pinned to a back-drop
At the venue, the posters will be pinned either to a white-board, or ply.
You will also be informed during registration of the time when the posters could be mounted
Please make sure the poster contains original work, and is not copied from other sources. If there are any sources from where images or other material is taken, please make sure to reference the source.
Please make the posters such that all matter can be read clearly from a distance of 2-3 feet.
Posters that are part of a competition will be judged based on the following criteria: Innovation, clarity of message, and relevance to the topic.
