• 1. Registration includes conference materials, access to all lectures in the conference (except short courses), lunch, coffee breaks and conference banquet dinner.

• 3. Students registered full time in an Indian educational or research institution are eligible for discounted rate as Indian students, irrespective of their nationality.
• 4. Students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty whose primary affiliation is outside a developing country must pay the registration fee applicable to that category, irrespective of nationality
• 5. Retired individuals are eligible for discounted rate according to their self-declared country of residence.
• 6. Postdoctoral fellows are not considered students and must pay the full registration fee according to their country of residence and membership category.
• 7. All registration fees would be collected in US dollars, at a discounted exchange rate whenever applicable. A receipt in Indian rupees can be provided after the conference, if that is required for reimbursement. The stated values in Indian rupees in the above table are an absolute upper limit: the registration charges will not exceed these amounts, and is anticipated be less when exchange rates stabilize. The USD amounts will be adjusted to ensure the eventual payments do not exceed the Indian rupee amounts stated in this table. For example, if US $1= IN₹ 95, then the IISA-member early bird registration charge will be the USD equivalent of ₹ 9,500 . However, if US $1= IN₹ 110 , then the IISA-member early bird registration charge will not be allowed to exceed ₹10, 000 .
